What is Botox?
Botox is a neuromodulator. It relaxes muscle contractions, which softens expression lines and smoothes wrinkles.
When will I see results?
Botox starts to work around 3 days after treatment and reaches full effect usually around 2 weeks.
How long do results last?
Results typically lasts about 3 months.
Does it hurt?
The injection uses a tiny, tiny needle. We wouldn't describe it as painful, but expect to feel a light pinch.
Is there any downtime?
Nope! We recommend avoiding intense exercise and extreme heat (sauna) the day of treatment. Otherwise you can go about your normal routine.
Will I look fake or unnatural?
You shouldn't! In skilled hands Botox results will be subtle and natural.
I've been to other places for Botox® before and they just don't take the same time and care that ElaMar does.
